8.7.08 Colony PCR Gel Results

1% gel, 120 V, 30 minutes, 15 minutes staining. Lanes 3-10 all have product at the correct length (~800 bp). I'm selecting lanes 3 and 4 (colonies 2 and 3) to make glycerols and preps.
