8.11.08 PCR Gel Results

Lanes 2 and 3 (corresponding to P7 and P8 respectively) yielded products at ~4200 bp - Way Off! None of the colony PCRs yielded any product and the positive control worked properly with a band at ~800. Something's gone terribly wrong with the preps.
