Jonesma Lab:lba

1. Add 20g LB powder to 800 mL dH₂O
2. Mix to dissolve
3. Add 3.2g Agar to a 500 mL bottle
4. Add 400 mL dissolved LB to each bottle
5. Autoclave
6. Once autoclaved use microwave to melt (Careful, 5min on high power usually sufficient)
7. Leave to cool (50°C waterbath) until comfortable to hold
8. Add antibiotics of choice
9. Pour plates and leave to set
