RUB101011-12 results from GeneMapper Put RUB101012 formamide plate back in 4 degrees C in case I want to try the last run again (run 6283 failed). RUB126 failed (bad buffer) Good results in general for old seed plate 2. Updated data file, with complete list of samples to genotype: Media: RUBapomixis101025_Genotypes_Table.xlsx More repotting of seedlings Put 33D, 24A, 24B, 24G into new pots Will move to greenhouse tomorrow.
