ABI runs Run 6234 was completed, but there was syringe failure on run 6235 Wiped crust off of polymer syringe Made duplicate plate called SRUB100830a Started plate again, runs 6236-6241 Note: failure in run 6241, will run again after we get syringe replaced. (Maybe just pipette these two columns onto the next plate of do-overs. Plate is in refrigerator.)
