ISEEM subversion

There is a Subversion repository set up for use by all iSEEM members. The repository is located on Edhar in the directory /var/opt/iseem/iseemsvn, but you should access the files in the repository by checking out a copy of the repository.

The book Version Control with Subversion provides a good introduction if you're not familiar with Subversion.

To check out a copy of the repository, use the following command. You will need to have a user account on edhar and substitute your username on edhar for USERNAME for this to work:

svn checkout svn+ssh://USERNAME@edhar.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu/var/opt/iseem/iseemsvn
