August 10th, 2011 Checked plates for mites. PCR purified products from the day before and visualized the results on a gel: 1. Ladder 2. oligo mix for VEGF sequence 3. VEGF construct 4. amplified VEGF construct Ran two more PCA reactions: one with oligos VEGF 1T-VEGF 12B and another with VEGF 13T-62. Then, we ran a second PCA combining the two segments. Finally, we amplifed the final construct.
