July 13th, 2011 Worked on designing primers for PCR assembly. Discovered IDT sent us single-stranded DNA instead of duplex DNA. Tried to order double-stranded DNA and discovered that pressing the “Duplex” button caused the site to crash. Designed primers and decided to work with this protocol described here: [1]
