June 21st to June 25th Amanda: Basically tried to figure out how to get GesABC and GolT. Helped out with general lab stuff. Ran a lot of PCRs and gels. Also tried to figure out what was wrong with colony boil procedure. Tom: Spent a lot of time trying to clone out gesABC and golT from salmonella. Also tried figuring out why our positive controls for PCR were empty.
