Floor One The results from the 16S sequences returned. The DNA sequences were run through BLAST to find matching sequences in the database table 1. Table 1: The strains of samples 1, 5, 7, 8 and 10 found using BLAST analysis. Floor Two Colonies 2-4 from the plate transformed with BL21 cells containing pET28AntA and AntGRFP plasmids(16/08) were used to inoculate three fresh 10ml LB with added Kanamycin and Chlorophenicol. They were incubated overnight at 37°C with shaking.
