Floor One Made 6 x 500 ml SFM agar media, autoclaved for 1 hr and poured into plates. Isolated more single colonies that resembled Streptomyces from soil sample plates. Floor Two We inoculated cultures of BL21 containing pETAntA and Antgp+RFP into 10mls LB with antibiotics Kanamycin and Chlorophenicol. Four cultures were grown overnight at 37°C.
