Lab Floor 2 In the labs today we carried out a DNA mini prep using our two antGPNeo cultures that we incubated overnight. We produced two mini preps from each culture and ran them on agrose gel electrophoresis. (Electronic file of image is missing - Shaima'a) Human Practices With the UK Meetup approaching, it was decided that we needed some T-shirts and after a little discussion a design was starting to be established.
