Growth Assays Added PNP to these cultures at approximately 0.2 OD (660). This is exponential growth phase.

3 ml cultures, so

             1 mM = 30 uL PNP
             0.5 mM = 15 uL PNP
             0.1 mM = 3 uL PNP
