April 16th, 2010 We have chosen a RBS medium force, for low promoter: J23112, J23102 or 123113. For synthesis we will eliminate the promoter in them. Vibrio Fischery will be ordered immediately. In wet-lab The culture mediums are being prepared. We are going to work with Luciferase. We need to Get sequences clean according whit the protocols for forbidden sites. Give the order to synthesis immediately.
