20-9-11 Plasmid prep of samples 1A-D, 2A-D, 6A,6C, 8A-D, 9A-D. Samples were analysed on a 1% agarose gel. Send them before 12 o'clock! Working on the wiki, on online labjournal and the movie with the church choir.
