We Want Plasmid...

  • Very few colonies on Ampicillin plates of 100μg/mL with R0010 and J63006
  • Incubate for another night at 37°C
  • Make ampicillin plates of 50μg/mL
  • Plate out R0010 and J63006 transformed TOP10 from yesterday on weaker ampicillin plates
  • Plates incubated overnight at 37°C
