Quick Tform into E Coli from Qiagen prep DNA

  1. Thaw competent Cells
  2. Add 1uL plamid and 5uL competent Cells
  3. sit on ice 10-30 mins
  4. take up cells in 100uL LB
  5. plate on LB/AMP plates
  6. incubate at 37*C.
