Entry title

  • For BJ I set a filter at 2 and got a return 5751 regions of including all known silenced genes
  • For HUVEC I et a filter at 9 and got a return of including 7680 regions and all known silenced genes

Note: MYT1 signal value is significantly lower, should I be including this still?
