TO-DO LIST

  1. Find an inexpensive web cam for use with the fluorimeter. Look for one at Staples.com.
  2. Make new INT DEN table, include values for image 1, 2, and 3, averages, and standard deviation
  3. Standard curve using DNA provided by Dr. Haynes
