Overview

Cell density measured at 1,100,000 cells/mL via hemacytometer.

Will dilute to 150,000 cells/mL today for growth over the weekend.

1.5/11 * 20 = 2.7 mL culture 20-2.7 = 17.3 mL fresh medium
