2/21/2012

  • Get the 4 plates from fridge.
  • Get eight 15 ml tubes, label two tubes for the 1,2,3,4 plates.
  • Pipette 2 ml of LB Broth + amp resistance.
  • Use yellow pipette tips to inoculate colonies #1-4.

Remember:

  • 1. hPCD + KAH204
  • 2. hPCD + KAH205
  • 3. hPCD + KAH206
  • 4. hPCD + KAH225
  • Place on shaker in warm room. Then clean up.
