07/20/2013 All the plasmid transformations looked good except for K091134, which was expected. Picked colonies from all of them. Oligo ligation-transformations didn't look great but I picked a couple colonies. <br< Came back in the evening, ligation colonies, K091134, and K092900+GFP didn't grow. Left the plates on the bench to see if they would grow larger colonies. spun down the other liquid cultures and put at -20 because we're low on mini prep columns.
