05/19/2015 Miniprepped colonies I picked yesterday from the ligation plate with KAH's cells. Sent them for sequencing with primers P220, 221, and 222 (1,2,3 respectively): Sample Read# col # 260 280 260/280 ng/µL pX330g 3 0.115 0.061 1.897 115.026 pX330g 4 0.144 0.075 1.923 144.187 pX330g 5 0.092 0.048 1.927 91.952 Tested the Neon. Tried GFP max at 0.5ug, 1.0ug, 1.5ug, and 2.0ug and the minipreps of pX330g.
