NOTES/Changes:
- Lane 2 was blank (sample leaked out)
- Lane 6 received G59P-1 D2 sample, but did not show a band. This sample did not sequence well, so we believe that this mutation might have been defective.
- Lane 8 is empty because we did not have to use the 100 bp ladder.
- Since we did not prepare a G59P-1 uncut sample, we did not run it. HOWEVER, we ran the G59P-2 uncut sample in lane 9, NOT lane 10.
Sorry for all the confusion!
