Feeding cells

The 2x 35 mm dishes were both fed with Rich medium, since I am now essentially out of the 401. If it is lethal to the cells, I will know because something goes off after a while in the former.

But the R dish was apparently infected with bacteria - possible since I had sloshed it against the lid - so I threw it away and only added 1/2 Rich medium into the previous 401 dish.

I actually think I did this on 10/28, not the 26th as marked on the lid of the culture dish.
