feeding hNCCFed the C and T flasks with 10 mL additional Rich medium to the 20 mL already in there. Cells look healthy, occasional neuron-like cell, most seem the highly elaborated baroque fibroblasts still. Substituted onto 2 x 35mm dishes Rich medium again and on the third one, put Millipore's hEScGro (1 mL). Replaced the Rich medium on the three C6000, S and 401 cultures from Monday with the C6000, S and 401 media again. 1 ml and 10 mL respectively according to size of dish.
