Mycoplasma testLast night just before leaving, added in 1 more ml Rich medium to R1064 cells, removed 500 μL and set aside. Added 500 μL, removed 500 μL from the R1094 cells. These supernatants into labeled Eppendorf tubes for PCR mycoplasma testing (apparently performed on 100ul? ask Fabienne, new tech with Matthias T. Probably the LookOut kit but need to track her down.)
