WaitingWaiting to hear back from Genome Research for the resubmitted manuscript on hNCC transcriptome. Meanwhile, have placed orders for cell culture reagents necessary to reproduce cultures here. Want to see if I can send myself two cell lines on dry ice, thaw and propagate them. Hope to receive reagents next week and organize send on May 22nd or 23rd. Would like to also simplify culture conditions if possible or attempt different differentiation protocols from what Sophie will undertake for the trunk-level cells (melanocytes, chrondrocytes). This would be good functional data to add to the microarray analyses. I would like her to explore getting Isabelle Andre-Schmutz to help out with subcutaneous or intraperitoneal cell injections in order to stimulate teratoma development. Will need to write an e-mail about that.
