Endy:PCR Supermix

For a 100µL reaction using the supermix:

1. 100µL PCR Supermix
2. 1.5µL forward primer (40 mM)
3. 1.5µL reverse primer (40 mM)
4. 0.5µL template DNA (10ng/µL)

Protocol:

1. 95 deg - 5 min
2. 95 deg - 30s
3. 55 deg (or appropriate Tm) - 30s
4. 68 deg - 1min/kbp of template
5. Repeat steps 2-4 35x
6. 68 deg - 10 min
7. Store at 4 deg
