Description

• Device for trapping up to 500 hydrogel beads (70µm) for perfusion with an aqueous phase.
• Each device contains 4 lanes of 500 traps.

    The 70µm hydrogel beads can be loaded manually or using a syringe pump. The maximum flow of 150 μL/min was used to perfuse the trapped hydrogel beads with media.
