Entry title Time started:4pm P.aeruginosa inoculum preparation: Thawed the cryogenic sample from the freezer till liquid. Added 0.1ml of the PA01 strain to 9ml of LB broth. Incubated for 24 hrs (instead of the usual 6 hrs as the strain was kept for over a year already) at 37 C, 250rpm.
