  • Quantification analysis of PABU feather DNA samples from Andrea Contina


Purpose: To test whether Andrea's protocol for feather extraction would yield high enough quality DNA to use for RADSeq

Conclusion: Based on the parameters we have, the feather extractions do not yield enough DNA to use for RADSeq
