Entry title

  • Liquid LB media (5mL) was inoculated with cultures of transformed E. coli carrying J23100 (in J62001), pSB1K3, and pSB1A7 (+ control). Two cultures with each part were used, with each culture inoculating a separate 5mL of media for a total of 6 inoculations.
