Team Members: Sanju Timilsina and Parul Sirohi
Project title: Bio-fuel production by using genetically engineered microorganisms.
Lab Day 1:
We had a presentation for half of the class hours and then we came to lab. In lab we discussed about the protocol for DNA extraction and E. coli culture. Our instructure described about the safety procedures and equipment in lab. We also planned to prepare the reagents for DNA extraction and culture our source organism E. coli 0157:H7 on coming Monday.
