The Sweet Smell of.....E.coli?Today we found out that our second transformation attempt was not a sucess. We have decided to give it one more go with a few changes. We ran 14 transformations in all. We used the liquid 2007 igem well plates, and we used the registry book for 2008. We added more Te buffer and let incubate, and we took more solution from this in hopes that we will have better transformation rates. If this does not work we will attempt to amplify the plasmid by doing pcr.
