Entry title A Flower of A Different Color Sushma and Binu inoculated the plasmid cultures, pSB1A3 and pSB1A7(that was grown overnight on LB plates with ampicillin) into tubes containing LB medium and ampicillin. This was the incubated overnight at 37 C. This would be used tomorrow for plasmid extraction.
