Overhangs
MoClo's reusability stems from the fact that there are defined overhangs that may be cleaved by enzymes. For our purposes, we define a few overhangs, listed below. X - Y flank insert parts, A - B flank vector parts, and the region between A - X and Y - B are defined to be linker sequences. All overhangs are cut with BsaI.
