-80 Glycerol Stocks

Protocol
- note: only make ONE -80 tube for each sample
- mix 150μL of your freshly grown culture with 150μL of 50% glycerol in a barcode tube
- scan each tube on Simple Scan 1000 (on the computer next to the robot)
- enter data, and click save
- log position and data into [hhttps://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AvjDNAea5YizdENMN05Wc3R0LTRUX3djUmJ3ZS1rV2c&hl=en#gid=13 google docs file]
- store in -80
