Solution recipe for 700mL NP-40 Buffer.
1. Measure 21mL 0.5M Na2HPO4 (sodium phosphate dibasic) into a 1L beaker for a final concentration of 15mM Na2HPO4 21mL 0.5M Na2HPO4
2. Add 14mL 0.5M NaH2PO4 (sodium phosphate monobasic) for a final concentration of 10mM NaH2PO4 14mL 0.5M NaH2PO4
3. Add 70mL 10% NP-40 for a final concentration of 1% NP-40 70mL 10% NP-40
4. Add 21mL 5M NaCl for a final concentration of 150mM NaCl 21mL 5M NaCl
5. Add 2.8mL 0.5M EDTA for a final concentration of 2mM EDTA 2.8mL 0.5M EDTA
6. Add 2.31g NaF for a final concentration of 50mM NaF 2.31g NaF
7. Add 0.7mL Na3VO4 for a final concentration of 0.1mM Na3VO4 0.7mL Na3VO4
8. Bring volume to 700mL total with millipore H2O in a graduated cylinder Bring volume to 700mL
