Incorporation of PCR BB product into backbone (2nd attempt)

Cut PCR results and three different backbones (amp+kan, amp+cm, amp+tet) seperately with EcoRI and PstI, then denatured restriction enzymes. Ligated DNA together with T4 DNA ligase.

Transformed ligated product into E.coli by heatshock
Transforming_chemically_competent_cells_(Inoue)
Plated transformants onto respective plate (amp+kan, amp+cm, amp+tet).
