Objective
Set up reactions for our five proteins with silver and gold in order to obtain nanoparticles. Make stock solutions for both the metals, fructose, and the five proteins.
Procedure
- Metal and Fructose Stock Solutions
- Label three falcon tubes to make the concentrated solutions.
- Labelled falcon tubes for Casein, Whey, Soy, Rice, and Pea proteins.
- Filled each tube with 10mLs of water.
- Added 5.78mg of casein into its tube.
- Label eppendorf tubes 1 through 64.
- Follow the following tables:
