Entry title

Objective

  • Setting up the camera and light inside the oven. Also, preparing a lysozyme stock solution to make the fiber solution.

Procedure

1) reading instruction to initiate the camera 2) making lysozyme stock solution and calculate the volume of gold, water and Lysozyme that should be added to the 20-mL glass tube. 3) doing some trial to figure out the best position of light, camera and fiber solution in the oven. 4) turning on the camera to record the formation of fibers overnight in the oven.

Data

  • The fibers worked but the camera did not. This is because the battery was dead by the time we took the camera out of the oven. In order for the files to be saved, we needed to press the off button.

Observations

NOTHING WAS OBSERVED SINCE WE DID NOT HAVE RECORDS.
