Objectives

Plasmid extraction

  • Performed with LB-liquid mediums from yesterday.
  • I used Miguel´s Lab miniprep.
  • Final dilution in 50μL

Restriction

  • In order to standardize pBBRmc-S5 I will cut PCR Purification with SacI & ApaI.
