LED Array

  • The LEDs are all placed, the 36 pairs of the assay, plus two control pairs. The first control pair (G1H1) is for the positive control. Serendipitously we found that some LEDs we bought were not 3v LEDs, but 4.5v. So, we decided to create a secondary control (G2H2) to determine how the system behaves with lower intensities.
  • We are currently installing the switches.
