The Daily Grind

  • Spray/drench potatoes again
  • Do ethanol precipiation of TRFLP DNA and restrict over the day (6 hours then refrigerate and send for sequencing on Monday)
  • Make list of DNA samples to test with fungal primers (grafting experiment/diseased vs non diseased tomatoes/California strawberry soils), and design protocol for the PCR.
  • Brainstorm proposal for Ag Can project
