YEG medium: 0.5% yeast extract

1% NaCl

0.4% glucose

supplement with 16 mM p-Cl-Phe for yeg-pcp.

pcp is not soluble before you autoclave.

YEG-agar: 5 g yeast extract

10 g NaCl

2 g D,L-p-Cl-Phe

15 g agar

1 L H20

AUTOCLAVE

add 0.4% glucose, antibiotics
