Extraction of KAH126

  • Name: KAH126
    • Date of culture inoculation: 9/17/14
    • Results for Cultures 1 and 2: Mixture is cloudy so growth in both. Success.
    • Results for Streaks 1 and 2: Growth in both areas along zig-zag line, although the growth is splashed across the dividing line. Overall success.
  • Sample 1: KAH126 colony 1;
  • Sample 2: KAH126 colony 2;
  • Sample 3: KAH126 (control DNA);
