==Liquid Cultures & Streaks==
Four colonies were picked from each transformation plate. They're numbered 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2.1 etc. where the first number is the original (source) colony and the second number is the colony picked today. There are twelve colonies picked in total, streaked on a library plate and placed in 5mL aliquots of LB + Amp.

Overview

I'll be checking the plates for colonies and starting liquid cultures & plates from the samples if colonies appear.

Transformation Results

Liquid Cultures & Streaks

Four colonies were picked from each transformation plate. They're numbered 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2.1 etc. where the first number is the original (source) colony and the second number is the colony picked today.
