Set up colony PCR for pLux_MRV + LuxR

8 completed plasmids and 3 backbones used as a control

Digest verify LasR 1-6, AubR 1-4, Esa 2, 8.

LasR and AubR were verified using KpnI and EcoRI, while EsaR was verified using EcoRI and XbaI
Sent LasR 1, 3, and AubR 4 out for sequencing. It looks like AubR 4 is successful.
