07/24/2015 Miniprep: LasR 1-6, AubR 1-4, EsaR 2, 8. (12) Set up colony PCR for pLux_MRV + LuxR 8 Lux_MRV + LuxR plasmids and 3 Lux_MRV backbones used as a control Digest verify LasR 1-6, AubR 1-4, Esa 2, 8. LasR and AubR were verified using KpnI and EcoRI, while EsaR was verified using EcoRI and XbaI Sent LasR 1, 3, and AubR 4 out for sequencing. It looks like AubR 4 is successful.
